If you have an already printed signature in pan card then further information is not for you. Just upload the clear image in AdSense that will work for you.
And if you don’t have a signature on it then also you can use that pan card by physically signing on it.

Well, it defends I got verified within 8 hour. It can take a week to that’s normal and nothing to worry about.
